James Kimball (DEDI president) documented a phone conversation between him and a father who purchased LDC for his daughter. The daughter suffers from grave illnesses when exposed to common chemicals and the father went to doctors, who conducted many tests and discovered nearly depleted Serotonin levels. After using LDC, his daughter's memory returned, allergies cleared up, and the illnesses disappeared. Mr. Kimball immediately interrupted him, asked him to call his laboratory at DEDI's main facility to discuss this with LDC doctors and LDC developers, and the customer agreed and called them at that moment.
