Currently, we have located a few letters written by LDC customers after Federal Judge Richard A. Lazzara ordered DEDI to stop manufacturing it's most well-known product. Please note, these letters should be viewed with caution, some tend to make people emotional.
After reading these letters, whether they make you depressed or very angry, all who've read them should know terrible things happened to many of these people who could no longer purchase LDC. There were those who depended on it to remain independent & who used it to stay alive. There is only 1 possible outcome when a person is separated from his or her only life-line; and it should give everyone chills, reading reports from dead Americans who pleaded with a representative of our country to allow them to stay alive.
Because of Lazzara's order, thousands of Americans, and individuals around the world, started suffering & started deteriorating just as before. They could do nothing but sit and watch as their body continuously became weaker with every passing minute. It was even more tormenting for family members and loved ones to watch, KNOWING it did not have to happen. Many tears, and many losses became the end result of Lazzara's cold ruling. Lazzara remains a federal judge.

Before continuing, please be aware these few facts:
- Judge Lazzara took it upon himself to add 11+ years to James Kimball's sentence, who had no criminal record, and who's charges / alleged crimes had no victim.
- Judge Lazzara's magistrate denied James Kimball his right to an attorney and forced him to represent himself.
- Judge Lazzara admitted on official court record that LDC hurt no one, and that no one ever complained about Liquid Deprenyl Citrate throughout it's 10 years on the market.
The above facts can be confirmed by looking in court records. So far, an extreme majority of viewers classify Federal Judge Richard A. Lazzara as a murderer. We don't think it's possible to come up with an estimate for how many people died in the past decade as a result of Lazzara's un-American, cruel, cold, unconstiutional decision; Because, for $80.00 per bottle, the entire country would be using LDC by now if it was never unlawfully taken off the market, and if DEDI was never shut down. However, if only one author of a post-LDC report died as a result of Lazzara's ruling (as we know to be true), you certainly could classify Richard A. Lazzara as a murderer, and you would not be alone in that opinion.
We want you to know that yes, we do plan on taking action and removing Lazzara from his position in our government, and charging him with the laws he violated. Removing Lazzara is vital to the availability of LDC because it requires true American unity. And in truth, fixing our medical system requires unity, restoring our nation requires unity, however, we need to unite for a simple & fast goal before proceeding to larger and more difficult tasks. And removing Lazzara, ensuring he is prosecuted for his crimes, is more than a perfect opportunity for all of us to come together for a first time.
Please remember, LDC hasn't been available for a decade because of Lazzara, he's the primary reason no one can acquire the product. Others reading your fax may be encouraged to send their own fax after discovering so many people share their feelings.
When faxing Lazzara, make sure to say, "I am an American citizen" somewhere in the fax, unless you live in another country, in which case you should remark on what impact his decisions have on your opinion of the United States.
