I am ****** *. ******* (Jim), age 79 with Parkinson. I am being helped immensely, but the FDA has cut off the [source?] of this help and I and a few thousand other people with Parkinson's cannot get this help now.
I know your problem and the decision you made to leave your show to fight for help for you and all of us with Parkinson's.
I have compelling information I can get to you for you to evaluate carefully. But I have to know now I can be positive I'll be getting it to you and only you.
We need your help and i'm going to say - you don't know it yet - but you need my compelling information. This information (facts) will provide you with more ammunition to fight the government with.
The [source?] that we were getting the help from knows I'm writing to you. I called and ask[ed] for this permission. I'm enclosing a stamped self addressed envelope - Please - Please - Please give me your private address - telephone # or whatever so I can get this to you.
I'm praying for you and all of us.
P.S. My writing was shaky less then 3 years ago - so I'm obviously being helped.
We believe this LDC customer was going to send Michael J. Fox a bottle of his own personal LDC, an extreme sacrifice for him to attempt to help everyone who depended on LDC. We do not believe Michael J. Fox replied to this customer. Currently, we are trying to get ahold of his foundation and make them aware of this instance and of all of these reports.
