Dear Judge Lazzara,

I am writing to plead clemency on the sentence of James Kimball.

Five years ago I was fortunate in being diagnosed as having Parkinson's disease, and was prescribed the conventional medication, which did not agree with me at all,- severe stomach cramps being one of several very nasty side effects. By accident, I heard of DEDI's deprenyl and have been taking it ever since, with the Parkinson's remaining stable & even improving.

My life was hanging in the balance when deprenyl [LDC] was withdrawn, knowing that there is nothing else which keeps it under control, while allowing one to remain free from" constraints or drugs with a lot of problematic side effects." The very words of one of the top Parkinson's scientists in England.

I put all this to you and I am but one of hundreds, perhaps thousands who would appeal for true justice for Mr. Kimball.

Yours sincerely,
