The Current Reality

Sadly, LDC is not available at the present time. DEDI was pursued for nearly a decade by pharmaceutical special interests who felt LDC threatened their profits. After DEDI refused their offer to purchase the rights to LDC (in the tens of millions) and sell out every American and every person in this world, they started playing rough. After many years, multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical companies teamed up and used their influence to classify LDC as a prescription drug, despite the scientific fact that it is not a drug, despite the fact that it's scientifically classified as a botanical, and despite the fact our own laws classify it as a supplement.

At that point, after their sick victory, after attempting to destroy DEDI for all those years, anyone selling LDC could be charged with "selling a prescription drug without a prescription". DEDI's president was soon charged with conspiracy to sell a prescription drug without a prescription, selling a prescription drug without a prescription, and lying to a customs official. When DEDI's president was sending Vitamin C, Silvicidal, and LDC to England, on the Customs form he wrote: "dietary supplements" - and for that action he was charged with "lying to a government official" - a crime that exists for people who actually lie while communicating with a government official, intentionally misleading them. James Kimball, DEDI's president, at age 60 had no criminal history before these charges.

The outrageous crimes he was charged with carried a maximum sentence of 6 months in prison, but someone with no criminal history probably wouldn't get more than 1 month probation. The judge however took it upon himself to add an extra 12 years to the sentence, sentencing DEDI's president to 13 years in prison for the exact charges we listed. People think we're lying, that there's more to the story, that something has been left out; but we've left nothing out. DEDI's president, age 60, with no criminal record, for a victimless crime, was sentenced to more time then a murderer, rapist, child-molester, thief, etc, etc. A man who saved lives was given a sentence killers don't receive (with no chance of parole, in case you were wondering).

From that point forward, LDC was taken off the market and has yet to be publicly available. The judge who sentenced DEDI's president is still a Federal Judge. Mr. Kimball's prosecutor is no longer a prosecutor, after Kimball's case he was "fired" for lying to a judge. It should also interest everyone to know the judge that sentenced Kimball, Richard A Lazarra, denied Kimball the right to an attorney. DEDI's president was forced to represent himself, hardly getting 4 hours of sleep if lucky during the trial.

Usually, people ask how this could have happened without them hearing about it. Back in the late 1990s, there was no internet, there were only a few news stations American's watched. Those news stations refused to cover the story, 60 Minutes claimed it was too detrimental to the U.S. image / government. It appeared the news stations were influenced by special interests, which was all too easy at that time period.
