The Seminole County Jail
Mr. Kimball was first brought to the Seminole County Jail when he was arrested April 7, 2009. The medical at this facility was very good and provided Mr. Kimball the treatment he needed. The guards at this facility were uncommonly generous and caring. The higher-ups at this facility were just as caring as the officers, which is very uncommon in any correction facility. We regret that we didn't obtain the names of guards and their superiors before Mr. Kimball was transferred to Darien Georgia by U.S. Marshals.
