  1. The judge(s) who denied DEDI / LDC Founder James Kimball (Kimball) an attorney
  2. The judge who enhanced James Kimball's sentence by over 12+ years
  3. The judge who influenced the 11th circuit court of appeals (who, consequently, never dreamed their decision may be examined by Americans) into their decision, and the appellate judges who made the decision.
  4. The prosecutors who knowingly / deliberately lied under oath to jury members and judges.
  5. Any federal agents who abused their power / knowingly lied.
  6. Anyone who attempted to shut DEDI down or take LDC off the market with absolutely no reason except greed.
  7. Any person or organization who publicizes lies about LDC or DEDI, which have no basis in fact, using attacks to attempt to justify the lies.
  8. Any person or organization who scammed the worldwide public by stealing DEDI test results or by using DEDI's name in an attempt to market home-made products.

Progressing to further restrictions could very easily lead to an abuse of power. We've found almost everyone agrees that those who worked to illegally take LDC off the market share a responsibility in the deaths of LDC customers. And it would be wrong if we allowed LDC to be used to keep such people alive or healthy, not to mention disrespectful to the families and loved ones who suffered the loss.

This effects everyone because when LDC becomes available a system will have to be in place that is able to properly identify LDC purchasers. In general, we've discovered fellow Americans don't mind at all, and are even grateful for a system that can identify cold, cut-throat, wealthy, powerful, greedy people. With the proper support behind LDC, we can easily approach the national news with the strongest story possible.

We need proper support behind LDC in order to force the individuals who committed terrible crimes against U.S. Citizens, and their freedoms, to release James Kimball. Kimball's release is absolutely necessary to ensure LDC's availability for a variety of reasons, such as:

  1. Kimball knows how to run and manage an outstanding / successful pharmaceutical company.
  2. Kimball is highly familiar with corporate law in general.
  3. Trust. James Kimball has proven himself, how much he cares about others, how very little he cares about money, and the extent he is willing to go to fight the greedy / selfish who have nearly overtaken our country.
  4. LDC wouldn't have existed if it weren't for Kimball, and if it did exist, the rights would have been sold if not for Kimball. The very pharmaceutical companies that used every bit of their power to shut DEDI down were the ones approaching Kimball with massive initial offers.

There are, of course, many more reasons Kimball must be released and resume his position with DEDI. The most important and unique reasons is trust. A majority of people will acknowledge Kimball has far exceeded their standards for trust. And it makes a huge difference to have a pharmaceutical company you can trust with your life, knowing there is no special interest revolving around money or power. Well over 98% of Americans have no idea what that feels like. Trust is vital in many other ways, and will eventually play a key role in recreating the American medical system (assuming it's still possible).

Restoring James Kimball to his proper position is simple and relatively easy. However, it is dependant on you.
